Guests
All guests - children and adults, must be accompanied by an adult member of our club in order to be inside our easement property.
A member is defined as the owner of the property in our easement, who is current on their dues or maintains emeritus status, their children, and/or grandchildren.
Adult supervision is required for easement members under the age of 16.
Refer to the list of current easement members inside the boat house.. If the guest can not either state the name of the easement member or if the easement member is not present or is a minor, please let them know our policy on guests visiting our space.
Unaccompanied Guests: should be asked to leave if you can not verify the host is 16+ and present or on the lake. In the unlikely event of non-compliance with our rules, be assured that the Lake Patrol will be happy to assist. Lake Patrol phone number: 503-810-5411
Parties: the rules state that the size of the group should not overwhelm the resources of our easement (for example, enough lounge chairs, room to use the diving board, and picnic tables) so as to impede the use of the easement by other members. Party guests should not disturb the lakefront owners on either side of our area- either with excessive noise or by paddling boats or inflatables directly in front of their property.
Hours: The use of the easement is limited to 7:00am-10:00pm.
