*Oswego Lake Villas Easement Membership begins on the day the payment is received from a newly-joining member.  

Lake Corp fees are due by February 28th each year or upon joining our easement.

Easement fees are due upon joining our easement or four weeks after the OLV Annual Easement member meeting.

A key to the easement and/or tags for the motor or non-motorized watercraft will not be issued until both easement fees and Lake Corp fees are paid in full for the upcoming season.
