OSWEGO LAKE VILLAS 2023 EASEMENT FEES
If your property is listed as OSWEGO LAKE VILLAS on the Lake Corp's website:

After the registration is processed and both fees are received, the member will get two keys to the easement and tags for any watercraft. There are no fees to register non-motorized watercraft with the Lake Oswego Corporation. Stand-Up Paddleboards are not registered with the Lake Corp. - only kayaks, canoes and paddleboats, along with powerboats.

An Example of the Total Cost of Membership Over 2 Years:
Year 1 = $4,133 total
$ 3,500 initiation fee to the OLV
$ 325 annual membership fee to OLV
$ 100 special assessment to LOC
$ 208 swim member fee to LOC
Year 2 = $683 total
$ 325 annual membership fee to OLV
$ 100 kayak rack fee to OLV
$ 50 SUP rack fee to OLV
$ 208 swim member fee with LOC
*In this example the new member buys 1 kayak and 1 Stand-Up Paddleboard SUP in the second year of membership.
SENIORITY FOR ASSIGNING BOAT SLIPS:
Seniority for a boat slip begins the day that payment for both the LOC and the OLV Easement have been received and continues based on timely payments annually of your easement and Lake Corp fees and your good standing in the club by obeying the rules and doing your Easement Duty Week.
MEMBERSHIP FOR RENTERS:
If your rental home does not come with a membership in our club you would be required to pay an initiation fee, annual swim member fees, and the Lake Corp fee (see above) to activate a new membership.
MEMBERSHIP ENDS:
Membership ends when a member sells their home or does not pay the Easement and Lake Corp fees by the deadline each year.
