Easement Duty
Easement Duty is required for membership & each household must complete one week of easement duty each year.
1. Identify and report any hazards to the easement board or email the easement.
2. Check for secure boat moorings & notify the owner of issues - see slip holder contact information on the member roster inside the boat house.
3. Water potted plants.
4. Reset chairs.
5. Put left-behind items in the boat house.
Weekly
1. Blow or sweep the pine needles and dust from the stairs & dock.
2. Clear cobwebs from the furniture.
3. Clean the toilet, sinks & mop the floor.
4. Refill toilet paper & paper towels.
5. Remove all trash & recycling to your residence by Wednesday night.
6. Rinse the garbage cans and replace garbage bags.
Note:
Please purchase replacement cleaners, lightbulbs, garbage bags, paper towels, or toilet paper if we run out of stock. We will reimburse you when you fill out this online form + upload images of your itemized receipt/s.
