Steps to Easement Membership
Check your home's eligibility on the Lake Oswego Corporation's website. If your home belongs to the Oswego Lake Villas Easement, you may contact an easement officer to set up a tour or to learn about slip availability and the fees.
Easement members must complete their Oswego Lake Villas Easement application and Lake Oswego Corporation application and pay the fees to gain access to the lake through the easement.
Once both fees are paid new and returning members will receive a key to the easement and registration stickers for their watercraft.

2023 Oswego Lake Villas Member Fees
$3,500 initiation fee
$325 annual membership dues
$100 per canoe or kayak rack fee
$50 per paddleboard rack fee
$600 power boat slip fee
Step 2:
Submit the online form and set up your online payment portal to pay by check or with a credit card.
Make checks payable to "Oswego Lake Villas" in the care of Henrik Javin, Treasurer, 1451 Horseshoe Curve, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034

Note:
Lake Corp fees are due by February 28th each year or upon joining our easement.
Easement fees are due upon joining our easement and annually after the OLV Annual Easement member meeting.
Keys to the easement and tags for the motor or non-motorized watercraft will be issued once the easement and the Lake Corp fees are paid in full for the upcoming season.
